Blend cannot re-send a link for the borrower to eSIgn their closing documents. However, there are options that can be taken by your lending team to move the process forward.
Option 1: If closing date does not need to be updated on documents and the previous package has not been removed, you can cancel the closing in the Closings and Disclosures update the information in the "Closing Information" section to update the closing date and eSign end date to today's date or later. Then Re-send.
Option 2: The closing can be cancelled and redrawn through Encompass with an updated date to today's date or later. This would update the closing date on documents and re-send the task to borrowers.
Option 3: The borrower(s) can be sent a manual follow up with the eSign package sent to them by your lending team. Please see this helpful guide on how to send an manual follow up.
